Overview of Role: I have a variety of projects through local and national clients. My main focus is large-scale production projects and photography retouching. Over the last year my main clients have been The Mars Agency and Pearl Izumi. At Mars I work in a hybrid role where I build production files for print from key visuals. These include a variety of digital projects, in-store retail marketing deliverables and packaging. Some of the clients include: Walmart, Target, Kroger, Keurig-Dr. Pepper, Mars, Four Roses Bourbon, Nivea and Late July. I do some creative work as well. At Pearl Izumi I worked on all manner of traditional marketing and digital projects. I designed every email, provided support for the website & ecomm team, as well as managed the entire product photography process and multiple digital asset platforms. I laid out over 75 pages in Shopify for the company’s website. I also spear-headed the creation of a DAM in the platform Brandfolder.

Accomplishments: Elevated branding and marketing platform for 7 major brands within Good Sam Enterprises - Designed multiple high-level marketing pieces alongside VP of creative - Designed multiple concepts for CNBC's TV show The Profit - Redesigned entire Coast to Coast branding and Directory
Overview of Role: Provide creative solutions to all 7 corporate brands of Good Sam Enterprises, including the Camping World Corporation. Working directly with all the marketing managers to provide creative support, such as: logos, ads, flyers, brochures, direct mailers, large format graphics, media kits, POS retail materials, magazines, multi-page directories, and some online deliverables such as static emails & web banners.

Accomplishments: Successfully migrated all marketing project creation to an internal creative team from previous ad agency - Designed multiple high level marketing pieces alongside CEO & VP of marketing - Personally designed 5 travel books and oversaw the production of 23 annually - Developed and managed creation of a new OnDemand printing website for internal and external sales teams - Managed the travel book re-design process for all 4 brands
Overview of Role: Hired to create an internal creative process and begin producing marketing projects after the relationship with the
prior ad agency was terminated. The majority of our support went to the internal and external sales teams along with delivering materials to travel agents across the world. Our creative team of 7 designers and 1 copy editor which I managed, produced over 1,700 unique projects each year. Marketing projects included: ads, sales print collateral pieces, logos, direct mailers of varying sizes, flyers, large format graphics, posters, conference materials, trade show graphics, photography shoots and video production. Along with the creation of those materials, the creative team was also responsible for producing 23 individual travel books for international distribution each year. We produced 4 international versions in collaboration with our international offices on a chosen few as well.

Accomplishments: Promoted to Sr. Creative Services Manager from Creative Services Manager - Delivered multiple projects directly for the CEO and COO and worked directly with the CMO, Sales VP and HR VP - Integral part in managing rebranding of the entire RAH brand in 2009 - Saved the company tens of thousands of dollars each year in printing costs with efficiencies and printer proofing - Developed multiple creative processes to increase efficiencies in the internal process and department asset management tools
Overview of Role: Managed a team of print designers, that ranged from 4 to 13 people during my tenure. Oversaw the strategy, creative direction and design of a variety of large scale projects which included: various collateral, logos, direct mail, flyers, brochures, magazines, large format graphics, signage, photography and video. Project workload ranged from 200 - 500 print projects per week nationwide--working directly with: account, media, print production, copy, photography, video, legal, interactive, online and executive departments.
